The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales organization, driving sales strategy, and executing plans to achieve revenue growth and market expansion. This role involves direct sales to OEMs and through distribution, with a focus on both legacy customers and new market applications. The Vice President of Sales will also be tasked with developing a deep understanding of the markets, customers, and products to make strategic commercial decisions that support the company's growth. A key aspect of the role is to create and sustain a culture that fosters accelerated growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field, with at least 15 years of experience in industrial B2B sales within the specified sectors. A minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role is required, along with a proven track record in driving business development and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in materials science, including experience with sealing, gaskets, elastomers, polymers, plastics, and composites. Strategic thinking, the ability to work with diverse teams, and proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools are essential.
