Our organization, located in Rocklin, is seeking an onsite Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will provide support to our customers and referral sources, while establishing accounts and processing orders. Your responsibilities will include answering incoming calls and assist callers while performing multiple administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has experience within the HME Industry, is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills along with a friendly and compassionate demeanor and an excellent attendance history.Responsibilities Answering and assisting incoming phone callsPerforming various administrative tasksSubmitting and following up on Insurance Authorization Requests Insurance Verification and EligibilityManaging assigned accountsQualificationsHigh school diploma/GED requiredPrevious experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar positionPrevious experience with Insurance Policies: Strong understanding of PPO, HMO, Medi-cal, and Commercial plansFamiliarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machinesExcellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and ExcelHighly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projectsExcellent attendance history
