Guest Experience & Service Leadership Lead the Floor: Assist with daily FOH service operations, ensuring our standards are not just met, but exceeded. Coaching: Provide in-the-moment feedback to employees to maintain excellence. Daily Readiness: Execute pre-shift meetings, taste plates, and venue walkthroughs to ensure the team is primed for success. Culture Champion: Foster a positive, people-focused environment that keeps team morale high. 2. Team Management & Development Growth & Reviews 3. Operational Efficiency Labor & Scheduling: Work with leadership to hit labor targets and adjust schedules based on business flow. Inventory Management: Manage weekly dry goods ordering, oversee storeroom organization, and ensure packaging targets are met. 4. Communication & Support Problem Solving: Act as a bridge between the floor and upper management, communicating operational needs promptly. Requirements Proven experience in a leadership role within a high-volume environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to coach. A lead-from-the-front mentality—you aren't afraid to jump into the weeds when necessary. High organizational standards and an eye for detail. Actively manage the pulse of the dining room.
