Occupational Therapist

360 Wellness is looking to add a full time Occupational Therapist to our growing team. We are primarily located in Senior Living Facilities (Independent Living, Assisted Living, etc). We are looking for caring and compassionate team members who value their patients, team members, building staff, and themselves. We are looking for someone who provides patient care with a variety of functional and educational modalities to help patient’s regain independence and reach their full potential. Team member will be asked to participate in related activities to support patient care, education, and operations. Responsibilities: - Evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to determine their occupational therapy needs - Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' goals and needs - Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence - Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care - Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies for continued progress - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Requirements: - Graduation from an accredited academic program in occupational therapy. - Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Ohio. -Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team 360 Wellness is an equal opportunity employer who values diversity and inclusion. 360 Wellness does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, national origin, gender identity and/or expression, marital status or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
