Project Manager

Our client in the non-profit  industry is undergoing a major rebrand and looking for a Creative Project Manager. This role will play a key role in guiding cross-functional teams, optimizing creative workflows, and managing both internal and external stakeholders throughout the transition.This role is 40 hours a week, and will require you to come onsite 2 days a week at their office in DC.Creative Project Manager Responsibilities:- Support and coordinate rebrand efforts, including stakeholder alignment, milestones, and change management- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, brand, paid media, comms, product, and external partners)- Manage timelines, workflows, risks, and project documentation to keep all workstreams on track- Assist the design team in improving workflow efficiency and accelerating execution- Set up and optimize creative workflows, including intake, approvals, and traffic management- Facilitate meetings, updates, and communication across diverse contributors- Guide external stakeholders through deliverables, transitions, and brand rollout steps- Contribute to measurement frameworks (KPIs, adoption metrics) to track progress and improve processesCreative Project Manager Requirements:- Experience working with a wide variety of stakeholders and contributors- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and managing multi-stakeholder projects- Strong people skills; comfortable in internal and external client-facing interactions- Background in creative agency traffic management or strong understanding of how designers work is ideal- Ability to set up efficient workflows, structure complex projects, and maintain clarity- Comfortable with change management during large-scale transitions- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at documentation and follow-throughIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
