We are looking for an Experienced Account Manager to become a friend and partner to all existing and new Kalamba Games clients.
The ideal candidate would be based in Malta (but we also would consider EU based candidates).
Your key skills and attributes:
Experience in the online gaming industry B2c or B2B, preferably casino/B2C facing
Experience and proven track record of developing accounts in the online gaming industry
You don’t think that RTP, ROI, RNG or KPI are abbreviations from the Urban Dictionary
You can think outside the box and have an outgoing personality
You are able to convey Kalamba’s vision in a professional yet friendly manner
You are fluent in English and ideally speak at least another language
Target-oriented self-starter with a ‘can-do’ attitude
Nice-to-have skills
Business level Italian and/or Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills would be very helpful
Understanding of Commercial agreements and negotiation skills
CRM experience
Drive to understand the global industry trends and the i-gaming industry as a whole
Understanding of regulated and non-regulated market requirements
As an Account Manager at Kalamba, your daily tasks and activities will include:
You will constantly analyse industry trends and competition and build relevant strategies and campaign
You will be an expert of Kalamba’s Game Suite and tools and make sure they are used to their full potential
You will make sure that Kalamba Games are launched on time and positioned prominently
You will identify opportunities to grow Kalamba’s SoP with operators
You will create world class, unique promotions and tailor them to the specific operator needs
You will develop deep interpersonal relationships with clients
You will travel on a regular basis
