Candidates are expected to reside within commuting distance of the Hyderabad office.Role OverviewAs a Developer, you will be responsible for helping design and build solutions supporting IT risk and compliance workflows leveraging our ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate closely with other engineers, product managers and delivery leads, to translate functional and non-functional needs into high-quality solutions, working both independently as well as a part of a global team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, with a particular focus on the Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC) module.What will you do in this roleSupport design, configuration, and development of ServiceNow applications, modules, flows, and interfaces to support our organization's IT risk and compliance processesCollaborate with our team and business stakeholders to fully understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications and functional requirements for ServiceNow solutionsEnsure quality through automated and manual testing, code reviews, and participation in design and requirements discussionsContribute to Product planning, execution, and delivery within a global, matrix organizationWork with users and operations team to help troubleshoot and resolve defectsStay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, tools, and best practicesHelp maintain technical and user documentationWhat should you haveBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fieldMinimum 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experiencePrimary skills (must-have)Proficiency in configuring UI policies and actions, client scripts, business rules, script includes and other ServiceNow componentsTechnical expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON & REST APIsServiceNow Certified Application DeveloperExcellent problem-solving and business analysis skillsTeam player with strong communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with Scrum and Agile development processesSecondary skills (nice to have)Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC) modulePharma background or experience in other highly regulated industryServiceNow Certified Implementation SpecialistStrong understanding of ITIL/ITSM processesUsing Jira to manage development activitiesA job posting is effective until 11:59:59PM on the day BEFORE the listed job posting end date.
