Process Engineer

We are seeking a Process Engineer to provide technical expertise at our Lima refinery, focusing on improving process performance, safety, reliability, and profitability.Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and recommend improvements for assigned process units.Support operations through troubleshooting, developing solutions, and maintaining process knowledge.Participate in safety programs like HAZOPS, P&ID reviews, RMP, and MOC meetings.Coordinate with technical teams, contractors, and stakeholders to develop and implement operating plans and projects.Contribute to project development, design, and unit turnarounds.Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering, 2+ years of relevant experience, and legal authorization to work in the US. The role involves 24/7 on-call duties and cross-functional collaboration to optimize refinery processes and support safety and efficiency initiatives.
