Position OverviewThe Director of Strategic Finance & Operations serves as a key strategic partner to Global Technical Services leadership, supporting financial planning, operational strategy, workforce planning, executive communications, and organizational performance initiatives across the division.This role is designed for a high-potential business leader who combines strong financial and analytical capability with strategic thinking, operational awareness, executive presence, and communication skills. The position partners closely with senior leadership to drive data-informed decision-making, operational efficiency, organizational alignment, and long-range strategic planning across a rapidly growing global operation.This is a highly visible role with direct interaction and exposure to executive leadership within Global Technical Services and offers a strong long-term pathway toward broader operational and executive leadership opportunities within the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Finance & Business PlanningLead the development, management, and continuous improvement of annual budgets, forecasting models, and long-range strategic planning initiativesDeliver actionable, data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership to improve operational performance, profitability, and decision-makingMonitor financial performance across all entities and ensure timely, accurate reporting and analysisConduct weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reporting to support business needs and executive prioritiesSupport annual operating plan (AOP) development and organizational forecasting effortsOperational Strategy & PerformanceDevelop and maintain KPI metrics to track operational, financial, and strategic performance against organizational objectivesPartner cross-functionally with operational leaders to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and process improvement initiativesAssist in the development of labor planning strategies and facility-level staffing models to support operational scalability and workforce optimizationSupport strategic initiatives tied to operational growth, infrastructure expansion, process improvement, and organizational effectivenessEstablish, standardize, and enhance financial and operational processes, procedures, and internal controls across the divisionExecutive Communications & Organizational SupportDevelop executive-level presentations, business reviews, reporting materials, and strategic communications for senior leadershipTranslate operational and financial data into clear business narratives and recommendations for executive stakeholdersSupport leadership alignment and organizational communication efforts across Global Technical ServicesAssist with special projects, executive initiatives, and cross-functional business transformation efforts as neededReporting StructureThis position operates within a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment and includes the following reporting relationships:Direct ReportVP of FinanceCross-Functional Leadership SupportPresident & COO, Global Technical ServicesPlanning & Supply ChainInterior & RefurbishmentMaintenance OperationsOperational Leadership Teams Across Global Technical ServicesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field requiredMBA preferred but not required3–8+ years of experience in strategic finance, consulting, operational finance, business strategy, FP&A, investment banking, or related analytical/business operations environmentStrong financial modeling, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint requiredExperience with Power BI, SharePoint, ERP systems, or business intelligence/reporting tools preferredExceptional communication and executive presentation skillsAbility to synthesize complex operational and financial information into strategic recommendationsDemonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, growth-oriented environmentSelf-motivated, intellectually curious, and eager to grow into broader business leadership responsibilities Development & Career Path:High visibility and direct partnership with executive leadership across Global Technical ServicesBroad exposure to operational strategy, finance, workforce planning, and organizational leadershipOpportunity to influence strategic initiatives across a rapidly growing global operationDesigned as a developmental leadership opportunity for high-potential talent interested in long-term operational and executive leadership growth within the organizationStrong pathway toward future leadership opportunities within Finance, Operations, Strategy, or Executive Management
