This is a highly visible role sitting at the intersection of AI strategy, platform engineering, product delivery, and business engagement.As a Senior Lead AI Solutions Consultant, you will act as the bridge between engineering, product, and business stakeholders - driving adoption of enterprise AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities across cloud and on-prem environments.What You’ll Be DoingLeading go-to-market initiatives for enterprise AI and GenAI platform capabilitiesDriving platform releases, feature rollouts, onboarding, and adoption programmesPartnering with engineering and product teams to shape scalable AI solution architectures and reusable platform patternsDelivering workshops, enablement sessions, and hands-on support to accelerate AI adoption across the businessBuilding strong stakeholder relationships and acting as a trusted technical advisor to senior leadershipInfluencing roadmap direction through customer feedback, usability insights, and business engagementSupporting governance, responsible AI, security, and compliance requirements within a regulated environmentProducing executive-level reporting, adoption metrics, and business impact updatesExperienceStrong experience across AI/ML platforms, technical product ownership, solution consulting, or programme deliveryHands-on knowledge of cloud technologies including GCP and/or AzureExperience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, and modern AI platform toolingExposure to GenAI, LLMs, agentic AI frameworks, and MLOps/LLMOps practicesAbility to communicate complex technical concepts to both engineering and executive audiencesExperience operating within large-scale enterprise or regulated environmentsThis is a rare opportunity to help shape the future of enterprise AI within a globally recognised banking organisation, working on cutting-edge AI platforms and strategic innovation initiatives at scale.
