Candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of producing television news or the equivalent. We are searching for a candidate that is highly motivated, a team player, creative, aggressive, and a self-starter. Individual must have strong writing skills and be familiar with social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.Responsibilities will include:Create content for all digital platforms while communicating with newsroom staffPost video to WTVQ websiteWork with reporters and producers to post material on the website and social mediaMust be able to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and overnightsStrong news judgment, journalistic integrityMeet assigned deadlinesGood organizational skillsCan work under pressureEOE M/F/D/V pre-employment background check required.
