In this role, you will be responsible for assessing patients before surgery, developing individualized anesthesia plans, and administering anesthesia during surgical procedures. You will monitor patients' vital signs throughout the procedure, make real-time adjustments to ensure their comfort and safety, and manage any complications that may arise. Postoperatively, you will oversee patient recovery from anesthesia and collaborate closely with the surgical team to provide comprehensive care.
