Job Schedule: 2nd shift 3:15 pm - 1:15am Monday - Thursday plus Fridays & weekends as

About the role: The Parts Washer Operator supports MNP's Manufacturing division by operating the parts washer machine, material handling, inspecting, sorting and following various cleaning methods involving chemicals to ensure parts are clean without damage.
Responsibilities:
Operate a Hilo successfully without supervision
Clear product for Thread Roll department
Dumping & Staging
Bringing dunnage and pallets
Scanning and putting away finished pallets into racks
Maintain disposable areas in fastener manufacturing
Pull and put away as needed
Batteries for hilos
Monitor Ph level of tanks
Perform daily audits
Use scanner for barcodes
Dispatch reading throughout the shift

Additional skills and/or experience required for success in the role:
Minimum 5 years of relevant employment experience
Must be able to work with chemical for chemical handling
Able to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, lift, balance, talk, hear, smell, reach, use hands, reach, crouch, and sit as needed throughout the day
Ability to see close, distance, color, peripheral, depth and adjust focus.
Ability to work in a loud environment with exposure to vibrations.
Abilit to work near moving mechanical parts in high, precarious places.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Able to communicate clearly and effectively
Ability to adhere to standard safety policies
Ability to adhere to hazardous chemical guidelines and utilize MSDS program.
