HC&N Healthcare Solutions - Registered Dietitian (RD)A nursing home is seeking a talented Registered Dietitian (RD) to join their team.Registered Dietitian (RD) Job Summary:Must have 1 year of healthcare experience with nursing home experience preferred.Must be proficient in EMR with point click care experience preferred.Knowledge of MealTracker is a plus.Must be able to type & use computer programs proficiently (i.e., Microsoft Word).Must be able to work independently.Must be able to complete nutrition assessments, provide diet education & attend care plan meetings of assigned residents with clinically complex diagnoses.Must be able to work well with the interdisciplinary team & exhibit strong communication skills.Ensure resident's plan of care is in place and carried out in its entirety.Assist with discharge planning.Precept dietetic interns and instruct them on the competencies required to complete the assigned rotation; providing feedback for incorporation into student evaluations.Registered Dietitian (RD) RequirementsMust be a Registered DietitianImmediate job openings are available.Full time Day shift OnlyMust be able to work rotating weekends.Salary: Up to $90,000 a yearBenefits:Highly competitive salaryInsuranceFringe BenefitsEmployee PerksKinderCare DiscountPlum Benefits (Discounted tickets to destinations and attractions)An Equal Opportunity Employer
