Vice President of Revenue Growth Management
Company and Role DescriptionYoung American Food Brands is a leading manufacturer of fresh, frozen and cooked premium beef products. The Vice President (VP) of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) is responsible for driving margin, mix, and revenue enhancement through pricing strategy, product and customer mix optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. This role partners with Sales and Operations to ensure decisions are analytically sound, operationally feasible, and aligned with business priorities.Key Responsibilities• Develop pricing strategies across grocery, club, and food service customers• Lead customer pricing negotiations and long-term price-pack architecture strategy• Analyze plant, product line, SKU, and customer mix to identify margin expansion opportunities.• Recommend portfolio adjustments including SKU rationalization and new product introduction• Partner with Sales on key account strategies, selling narratives, and pricing proposals.• Partner with Operations to align mix, pricing, and capacity/CAPEX considerations.• Partner with Procurement teams to maintain an understanding of raw materials market dynamics to proactively adapt pricing strategies• Lead recurring business reviews tracking revenue, margin, and pricing performance.• Oversee trade and promotion strategies as required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree required• 5-10 years of experience in data-driven, analysis heavy roles; experience in CPG, particularly meat and other commodity driven segments is a plus• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally• Results-driven with a track record of delivering measurable improvements.• Ability to extract and analyze data within an ERP system• Adaptable to evolving market and business dynamicsAdditional details• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time, particularly to the Miami and New York metropolitan areas; Miami local residence is a plus but not required• Competitive compensation, health and benefits programYoung American Food Brands is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
