Overview:
In this Technology Development Program at AT&T, you embark on a 24–36 month, project-based, rotational experience across four tracks to accelerate your technology career. You will tackle impactful, real-world problems using software, data, automation, AI, and engineering while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:
Software Engineer track: build reliable, scalable software, write clean code, test and improve solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Data Science Engineer track: develop data pipelines, build models, explore AI agents, and translate insights into business impact.
Business Analytics Engineer track: connect people, processes, and systems, translate information into insights, and automate technical processes.
Network Engineer track: plan, build, and operate wireless and fiber networks, use data and AI/ML to improve performance and decisions.
Key requirements:
- Four-year or graduate degree in a STEM field completed before start date
- Ability to begin full-time by July 2027On-site availability 5 days per week at specified locations
