Job Description A1 Tint & Accessories is looking to hire a skilled Automotive Accessory Installer to join our growing team. We primarily work on new vehicles, installing a wide range of aftermarket accessories to improve both functionality and appearance.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and wants to be part of a fast-paced shop.Automotive accessory installers are responsible for installing and customizing vehicle upgrades while ensuring everything functions properly and safely.ResponsibilitiesInstall automotive accessories including:Bed coversStep bars / nerf barsElectric running boardsToolboxesGrill guardsLighting and accessoriesWork on new and pre-owned vehiclesFollow installation instructions and ensure proper fit and functionKeep work area clean and organizedWork efficiently in a fast-paced environmentMaintain quality workmanship on every jobInstalling accessories such as lighting, racks, and other vehicle add-ons while ensuring proper performance is a core part of this role.QualificationsAutomotive or mechanical experience preferredExperience with accessory installation is a plusBasic knowledge of tools and vehicle systemsStrong attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood attitude and strong work ethicReliable transportation requiredExperience with vehicle systems, tools, and attention to detail are commonly expected skills in this role.What We're Looking ForSomeone ready to workPositive attitudeDependable and reliableAble to keep up in a fast-paced environmentAdditional RequirementsMust be willing to undergo a background checkScheduleMonday – Friday7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
