What You'll Do
Own every call - Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice customers hear
Answer questions - Guide customers through irrigation, drainage, plumbing, and backflow services
Book jobs effortlessly - Use ServiceTitan's Adaptive Capacity to schedule in real-time (the system finds perfect slots automatically)
Collaborate - Work with Hatch automation and your Customer Service Manager
Who You Are
Must-Haves:
Excellent communicator with friendly, professional phone presence
Customer-obsessed - you genuinely love helping people
Tech-comfortable and eager to learn new software
Detail-oriented with accuracy in scheduling and customer info
Positive team player ready to grow with us
Bonus: CRM experience (especially ServiceTitan), home services background, or irrigation/drainage/plumbing knowledge
