Membership Sales and Customer Service Associate

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales & Customer Service Associate to help manage our sales, customer service, retention, and engagement efforts at Triangle Foundry Yoga, Cycling, and Strength Training studio located in Pleasant Hills, PA. We are looking for an individual that would like to commit to at least one shift a week with the flexibility to pick up or swap shifts with other staff as needed. This position is a customer facing SALES position. Qualifications Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets and an excitement about exceeding goals Motivated by sales commissions Strong customer service skills A background in retail or other sales position Ability to learn and use FitDegree, Lenzvu, & Google Sheets for tracking purposes Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone, SMS, and email Strong organization skills Possess a high attention to detail when working with documentation tasks Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Schedule flexibility and variability is preferred A successful candidate will: Report directly to the Studio Owner Be responsible for prospect nurturing, new membership sales and the retention of current members Meet and exceed assigned sales goals Consistently create a warm and welcoming environment for clients Enjoy connecting with customers, asking questions and building relationships and community Have the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment Be passionate about what they are selling and confidently make intelligent recommendations based on the client's needs Be high energy, positive and self-motivated Assist with studio cleanliness, and occasional Pop-up/Marketing events within the community Ability to delegate cleaning, organization, and supply stocking tasks to cleaning staff members Be a team player Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport and facilitate sales Be knowledgeable about current products, programs and pricing Other duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum 2 years sales experience Passion for yoga/fitness/health industry and able to speak to benefits of what we offer Excellent computer/tech skills Benefits & Compensation: Compensation includes an hourly rate as well as commission; however, the bulk of pay is made from comission.
