Network Automation Engineer - Remote / Telecommute

Job Title Job Description: Responsibilities:Automate Everything: Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows for network provisioning, configuration, and testing.Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Use Ansible and Python to manage and scale our network infrastructure, ensuring consistency across environments.System Administration: Manage and optimize Linux-based systems (RHEL/Ubuntu/CentOS) that host our critical services.Network Management: Support and troubleshoot network protocols, VLANs, and connectivity issues within an automated framework.Database Support: Perform basic administration and integration tasks for both relational (SQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases to support internal tooling.Monitoring & Optimization: Build dashboards and alerts to ensure high availability and performance of the automated infrastructure.Technical Requirements:Automation: Expert-level experience with Ansible (playbooks, roles, and Galaxy).Scripting: Proficiency in Python for automation scripts and API integrations.Operating Systems: Deep knowledge of Linux internals, CLI, and shell scripting (Bash).Networking: Strong understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VPNs, and Load Balancing.Databases: Hands-on experience with SQL (Postgres/MySQL) and MongoDB.
