Two-Year-Old Teacher

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Two-Year-Old Teacher to inspire and nurture our youngest learners during this critical stage of childhood development. In this role, you will create a warm, engaging, and safe classroom environment that promotes curiosity, social-emotional growth, and foundational skills. As a Two-Year-Old Teacher, you will implement developmentally appropriate activities, support individual needs, and collaborate with families to ensure each child's success. Responsibilities Design and implement engaging lesson plans focused on toddler care, literacy education, and early childhood development principles. Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration, social interaction, and emotional security. Use effective classroom management and behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior and safety. Support children’s physical development through teaching physical education activities suitable for toddlers. Collaborate with families to communicate progress, share insights on child welfare, and tailor educational approaches to individual needs. Incorporate curriculum development strategies that include Montessori methods and standardized testing when appropriate to assess growth. Maintain detailed records of each child's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones in compliance with childcare standards. Requirements Prior experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting, especially with toddlers aged two years old. Strong knowledge of childhood development theories and early intervention strategies tailored for two-year-olds. Experience with classroom management, lesson planning, and curriculum development specific to early childhood education. Familiarity with special education practices and behavior management techniques for young children. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is preferred. Ability to create an inclusive environment that supports child welfare and promotes positive social-emotional growth.
