Process Technician
DescriptionProvides technical support to all projects, perform root cause analysis and work to reduce any defects.Develop and provide support to the processes of fabrication and to improve processes that already exist. Monitor all processes with the goal of resolving any issues as efficiently as possible, reducing downtime.Ensure that all workers are fully compliant with all relevant safety rules and standards at all times.Collect data and ensure that it is entirely accurate. Analyze all relevant data and use it to improve the processes of the work environment.Coordinate with the team at all times, maintaining clear and open lines of communication.Perform other duties deemed necessary.Follow required PPE, and all Company and Safety policies.Qualifications10-15 years relevant work experience preferred.Ability to operate, set molds, and process jobsHands on experience on multiple types of plastic materialExcellent organizational & time management skillsSelf-Motivated and able to perform duties with minimal supervisionWorks well in a team environmentWorking knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
