This role is responsible for handling dealer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction across all interactions.The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and a customer-first mindset.What You’ll DoRespond to dealer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channelsTroubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and professional mannerResearch problems and determine the best possible solutionsUse critical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle a variety of situationsFollow up on dealer requests to ensure resolution and satisfactionManage escalations with professionalism and a focus on positive outcomesBuild and maintain strong, constructive relationships with dealersCommunicate any recurring issues or concerns to leadershipMentor team members to support overall team success and service qualityParticipate in training sessions to maintain and improve skillsSupport additional projects and tasks as assignedWhat You’ll Need1–2+ years of customer service experienceStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesAbility to work independently and within a team environmentDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to work effectively under pressureBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferredWhat’s in it for you?At Becklar, we’re driven by a bold purpose: protecting people, property, and employees when it matters most.
