The Solutions Engineer at CCT plays a pivotal role in the sales process, bridging the gap between technical capabilities and customer needs, by connecting the CCT platform features to business value. This role involves working closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise, product demonstrations, and tailored recommendations to both existing and prospective clients. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical acumen, the ability to master the full suite of CCT products, and have excellent communication skills to effectively articulate the value of our solutions.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesUnderstand customer needs: Analyze a client's current technology and business goals through effective technical discovery and needs assessment techniquesDesign solutions: Utilize your technical expertise to recommend solutions and specific configurations to support customer needs and goalsProvide effective pre-sales support: Work closely with sales team members to facilitate new business by building and delivering compelling product demonstrations, providing technical guidance, and creating proofs-of-concept. Essentially, “own” the technical winOffer technical expertise: Answer complex technical questions during the sales process, which can range from explaining how a system works to more complex discussions about implementationCollaborate with product teams: Act as a bridge between the customer or prospect and the product/engineering teams relaying customer feedback, feature requests, and pain points to help shape future product developmentSupport implementation: As needed, collaborate on the initial setup and configuration of the solution for the client and provide support during trialsProvide consistency in the customer experience: Facilitate knowledge transfer and handoffs between sales, implementation, and client servicesWho You Are And How To Thrive At CCTYou are passionate; you throw your energy and conviction into the work you do.
