Job Summary: As a dishwasher for Daily Taco + Cantina in Thiensville, Wisconsin (Ozaukee County), you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive clean and sanitized plates, utensils, and glassware. Your main responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen area and dishwashing equipment. You will work closely with the kitchen staff and assist with basic food prep and cleaning duties as needed. Key Responsibilities: Operate industrial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils Organize and store clean dishes and utensils in the appropriate storage areas Assist with basic food prep and cleaning duties as needed Keep the kitchen area clean and organized Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Maintain the dishwashing equipment and report any issues to the kitchen manager Assist with other tasks as assigned by the kitchen manager Qualifications: Previous experience working in a kitchen or restaurant preferred Ability to operate industrial dishwashing equipment Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as needed Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds If you are a hardworking individual with a passion for cleanliness and sanitation, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team at Daily Taco + Cantina.
