With more than 34,000 employees, the company generated sales of CHF 11.76 billion in 2024.Job DescriptionBroad Function and Purpose of Position:To develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes for new and existing products in support of Operations. The focus would be on Continuous Improvement of quality and productivity to fulfill customer and market requirements.Specific Responsibilities:Introduce new raw materials, products, and processesImprove production, quality, and packaging efficiency through design of process changesMaintain chemical formulations provided by R&D and ensure process controls and BOM's are congruent to themUnderstand the chemical make-up of the product, its application, and the impact of the process to long term product stabilityRecommend equipment improvements by providing specifications and or requirements and controlling through completionDevelop work instructions for injection molding processes and systems and conduct training as appropriate.Determine and improve process capabilities by using statistical techniques to meet or exceed customer needsLeader or key member of project and process teamsMay perform other projects or assignments as requiredQualificationsQualifications/Experience:Bachelor of Science in Engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineeringMinimum of 3 years experience in manufacturing quality and process optimizationStrong understanding of statistical process control, statistics, and customer integrationStrong customer base quality focused, and data drivenExcellent internal and external relationships with all levels of management.Must be able to travel to other SIKA sites for short term projects as neededAdditional InformationPerks & Benefits* 401k with Generous Company Match* Bonuses* Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits* Paid Parental Leave* Life Insurance* Disability Insurance* Paid time off, Paid holidays* Floating holidays + Paid Volunteer Time* Wellness/Fitness Reimbursements* Education Assistance* Professional Development Opportunities* Employee Referral Program & More!Sika fosters a culture of entrepreneurship, empowering each individual to make decisions, learn from experiences, and shape their own career path.
