Senior Construction Project Manager

With strong investor support and an experienced leadership team, the business is building next-generation data center solutions across core and edge environments.⚡ Position Summary:This role owns the end-to-end delivery of hyperscale and enterprise data center projects, from design through construction, commissioning, and handover. You will work cross-functionally to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, safety, and reliability.⚡ Key Responsibilities:• Lead full project lifecycle: design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and reporting to executive stakeholders• Oversee technical design across MEP, HVAC, electrical, and IT infrastructure• Ensure compliance with Uptime, NFPA, IEC, and other industry standards• Coordinate contractors, vendors, utilities, and internal teams• Support operational readiness, documentation, and transition to operations⚡ Required Qualifications:• 10+ years in data center or critical infrastructure delivery• Proven experience delivering Tier III+ / hyperscale projects (ideally 50MW+)• Strong mechanical & electrical systems knowledge (HVAC, MV/LV, UPS, etc.)• Experience managing EPC / D&B contractors and complex builds• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)• PMP or similar certification a plus⚡ Compensation and Benefits:• Competitive salary + benefits• High-impact role with full project ownership• Exposure to large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure builds• Fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with strong leadership visibility📧 Interested candidates can apply directly via Easy Apply, or share their resume with stephanos.savva@storm4.com.
