Plant Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities: Perform service, repair, and preventive maintenance on ready-mix plant equipment Travel regularly between multiple plant locations to support maintenance operations. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues and implement effective solutions. Execute routine inspections, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance. Support fabrication and welding tasks as needed to maintain and improve plant equipment. Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Qualifications: Working knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical components. Hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or related field. Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment issues efficiently. Welding and fabrication skills preferred. Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
