This position is critical to meeting productivity metrics and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of mail.Roles & ResponsibilitiesIdentify and coordinate mail according to guidelines.Maintain high level of quality production, meeting hourly KPI's.Perform electronic indexing.Scan processed documents.Create and validate envelope tracking and barcodes.Provide outbound customer service.Perform other duties as assigned.Expected/Key Results* Complete tasks in accordance with metric guidelinesQualificationsThe qualifications listed below are representative of the background, knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform their duties and responsibilities satisfactorily.
