Job Type: Full-time, On-siteWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to oversee the preparation and shipment of IT equipment. This role will be responsible for coordinating outsourced labor teams to pack, label, and prepare technology hardware, ensuring that all items are handled securely and shipped according to project timelines.The ideal candidate will have excel experience and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordination & PlanningArrange and manage outsourced labor teams for equipment packing and handling.Develop schedules and coordinate logistics to ensure timely collection, packing, and shipment of IT equipment.Communicate project requirements clearly to labor teams and ensure compliance with packing and safety standards.Serve as the point of contact between internal teams, vendors, and shipping partners.Execution & OversightEnsure IT equipment is packed securely, labeled correctly, and prepared for shipping in line with company and client requirements.Track shipments and provide updates to stakeholders on status, delays, or issues.Maintain accurate records of equipment packed, shipped, and received.Troubleshoot and resolve logistics or vendor-related challenges as they arise.Process & ComplianceMonitor vendor performance to ensure quality and service standards are met.Ensure all shipping documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.Assist in developing and improving packing, shipping, and logistics procedures to enhance efficiency and minimize risk.Qualifications & SkillsCollege graduate with no prior experience needed.Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.Excellent communication and vendor management skills.Ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities.Proficiency in Excel.Familiarity with IT equipment handling is an advantage but not required.Must be able to travel for 2-3 days at a time, 1-2x a quarter, and have a passport just in case an overseas trip is needed.What We Offer$23-$25/hrOpportunities for professional development in logistics and supply chain management.A dynamic work environment with collaborative team culture.Exposure to technology logistics and global shipping operations.Benefits:401(k)401(k) matchingHealth insurancePaid time offHow to Apply:Please take the short assessment to apply.
