Sales Operation Manager

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Handle the Schedule Process based on established guidelines. Produce and distribute schedules to all parties involvedChassis Management: Order and Purchase chassis and release chassis pool thru GM/FordEnsure that all client's questions have been answered as fully as possible, to ensure that ARBOC has given itself the best possible chance of successAssist the Bid Administrator and Outside Sales personnelReceive and review all order forms and start the Sales Order Flow processOrganize Pre-build and post-build meetingsHold Order communication meetings with the production teamAnswer production and QA issuesClosely observe the strategic moves of the competitorsDevelop strategies for implementation of business developmentBuild strong customer relationships and retain the brand image of ARBOCOther tasks as assignedRequirementsEducation:High school diploma or GEDExperience/Knowledge:Knowledge of bus manufacturing or transit industry would be considered an assetPhysical Activity/Requirements:This position is very active and requires standing, walking or sitting all day.
