AT&T Customer Associate

We are hiring a motivated and customer-focused AT&T Customer Associate to represent AT&T at various retail locations and local events in and around Birmingham, AL. This is a W-2, full-time position with paid training and consistent weekly earning potential. Associates will engage directly with customers, provide information about Spectrum services, and deliver a positive customer experience. Weekend availability is required. Responsibilities: Speak with customers at assigned retail venues and event locations Explain Spectrum products, services, and promotions clearly and accurately Answer customer questions and assist with service-related inquiries Maintain a professional and friendly presence at all locations Meet performance and customer service expectations Accurately document customer interactions as required Paid Training: Comprehensive paid training provided No prior Spectrum experience required Ongoing coaching and support to help you succeed Compensation: $600–$1,200 per week, based on performance W-2 employment (not 1099) Weekly pay Qualifications: Strong communication and people skills Ability to work weekends and a full-time schedule Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face Customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus but not required Reliable transportation to assigned retail or event locations Work Location: In-person Various retail venues and event locations in the Birmingham, AL area If you enjoy talking to people and want a full-time role with paid training and growth opportunities, we encourage you to apply.
