Job Description Machine Operator – Marysville, WA Location:Marysville, WAOvertime:Up to 20 hours/weekPay:$21.50/hour (weekly pay) — potential increase upon permanent hire Important Requirement To be considered for this role,candidates must be open to working both 1st shift (5:00 AM–3:30 PM) and 2nd shift (3:00 PM–1:00 AM) . Shift flexibility is required due to production needs. Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, safety‐drivenMachine Operatorto run a computer‐controlled production system that processes multiple raw material ingredients in a mix‐room environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment with minimal supervision. As a Machine Operator, you will ensure machines are set up correctly, running efficiently, and producing high‐quality output. You will also maintain accurate production records, perform routine maintenance, and support overall plant safety and housekeeping standards. Key Responsibilities As a Machine Operator, you will: Operate a computer‐controlled production system for raw‐material processingSolve daily operational issues with limited supervisionMaintain excellent housekeeping standards in assigned areasComplete daily job checklists, equipment inspections, and calibrationsKeep accurate records of raw materials, samples, and equipment operationsOperate a forklift to transport materials as neededPerform safety audits and follow all safety protocolsSet up machines at the start of each shift to ensure proper functionConduct testing procedures to verify optimal machine performanceClean and maintain machines before and after each shiftInput machine settings such as speed, size, and shape parametersLoad parts into semi‐automated machinesCalibrate and recalibrate machines at shift start and endMonitor machines continuously to ensure optimal running conditionsTroubleshoot issues during machine operationPerform preventative maintenance and random accuracy testsConduct safety checks on all equipmentVerify product quality through periodic output checksEnsure materials and supplies are stocked and readyMaintain activity logs and downtime sheetsCompany DescriptionSkySource Solutions believes in attaining success.
