This role demands a leader with a strong background in statistical modeling, machine learning, and AI, who can drive innovation in data science methodologies and ensure the quality and accuracy of analytical results. The Head will also be responsible for data governance, compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the data science team. Applicants for the Head of Data Science and Advanced Analytics position at the company should hold an advanced degree in a quantitative field and have a minimum of 10-15 years' experience in advanced analytics, data science, and AI/ML research and development, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
