Molder ManufacturingLocation: Worcester, MA 01606 Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour Shift: 2nd Shift | 1:30 PM 10:00 PM Schedule: Approximately 42.5 hours per weekPosition OverviewWe are seeking a Molder to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will operate molding equipment and presses to form products according to required specifications while maintaining high quality and safety standards.This role requires attention to detail, basic measurement and testing knowledge, and the ability to work with a variety of tools and molding materials.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate hydraulic, robotic, and/or manual presses to mold products into required shapesApply appropriate molding techniques to compact materials and form finished productsPerform basic density tests on molded pieces to ensure compliance with specificationsUtilize a variety of measuring tools, hand tools, and power tools to complete molding tasksUse equipment such as tamping guns and molding presses to shape materials accuratelyFollow established manufacturing procedures and safety protocolsMaintain production quality standards and meet output targetsRequired QualificationsBasic understanding of molding materials and product characteristicsAbility to distinguish between different material mixes, pressing techniques, and finishing methodsExperience using measuring tools and basic manufacturing equipmentStrong attention to detail and quality standardsAbility to work in a production-focused manufacturing environmentAdditional Information2nd shift schedule with shift differentialMath assessment required with resume submissionDrug screening and background checks requiredManufacturing or production experience preferred
