Position SummaryThe AYB Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations and virtual delivery of the AYB Clubhouse program for youth ages 5–19+. This role oversees participant scheduling, enrollment, attendance, facilitator coordination, and virtual program activities while serving as a key communication liaison among youth, families, facilitators, and clinical leadership.The Coordinator also supports program documentation, Canvas LMS management, referrals, family engagement, facilitator onboarding, and monitoring of program outcomes and quality indicators. The role promotes a person-centered, culturally responsive, and faith-integrated approach while ensuring effective and organized delivery of AYB Clubhouse services.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily program operations, participant scheduling, enrollment, attendance, waitlists, and facilitator assignments.Support virtual psychoeducational groups and encourage age-appropriate youth engagement.Serve as a key communication liaison among participants, families, facilitators, and clinical leadership.Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential participant and program documentation.Manage and monitor Canvas LMS activities, participant access, submissions, and engagement.Coordinate referrals, family engagement, care-related communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration as assigned.Monitor attendance, documentation, program outcomes, and performance indicators to support continuous quality improvement.Support facilitator onboarding, training, scheduling, and ongoing program coordination.Promote and uphold the AYB Clubhouse’s person-centered, culturally responsive, and faith-integrated approach.Minimum QualificationsAt least 1–2 years of experience in program coordination, youth services, behavioral health, education, case management, or a related field.Experience coordinating schedules, participant activities, documentation, and administrative tasks.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with youth, families, facilitators, and multidisciplinary teams.Comfortable working with virtual platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and Microsoft/Google Workspace or similar productivity tools.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in maintaining accurate and confidential records.Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote/virtual environment.Demonstrated commitment to youth-centered, culturally responsive, and person-centered services.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive participant information appropriately.Must be dependable, professional, collaborative, and able to communicate effectively in a virtual work environment.
