We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on several factors. LS&Co pays at least the local, state or federal minimum wage. The amount earned within the wage range depends on education, qualifications, experience, skills, seniority, store location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business needs.
