House Attendant Window Washer Hotel HousekeepingThe House Attendant Window Washer Hotel Housekeeping is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, clarity, and safety of all windows in guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities. This role supports the overall housekeeping standards and guest experience by ensuring windows are streak-free, spotless, and free of debris; responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment. Key Responsibilities Wash and clean windows in guest rooms, lobbies, hallways, conference rooms, and other public areas Inspect windows for streaks, spots, dirt, or damage and correct immediately Use appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment to achieve optimal results Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures, especially when working at heights Collaborate with the housekeeping team to prioritize and complete window cleaning tasks efficiently Report any safety hazards or maintenance needs (e.g., broken glass, damaged frames) to the maintenance department Follow hotel housekeeping checklists and quality standards for all cleaning tasks Handle items for "Lost and Found" according to hotel standards. Have knowledge of and assist in all emergency procedures. Maintain hotel equipment in proper working order. Maintain storage of hotel equipment in proper area. Complete special projects as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager. Ensure overall guest satisfaction. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred. Must be able to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 50 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Ability to stand during entire shift. Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.
