Description: Job Title: CAM Field Specialists, Location: Wellington, Colorado 80549 Duration: 12+ months NEST Training: Kellyville Pay range: $30/hr. on W2 all inclusiveDescription:The CAM Field Specialists is responsible for providing customers with safe, accurate and on-time product and service delivery. * Attain excellence in learning and competency events. * Ensure safe, timely and compliant operations at the well site, job location or plant, including rig-up and rig-down of equipment. * Mentor others as required. * Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs. * Engage customer contacts to promote company products and services. Experience & Skills • Preferred backgrounds: o Farm & ranch work o Outdoor labor roles o Casing or well services experience (on-call environments especially valued) • No formal oil & gas experience required, but can be helpful Key Skills & Traits • Reliability (good attendance, answering phone, availability) • Adaptability (willingness and ability to learn different wells, customers, rigs, schedules) • Consistency • Sociable/outgoing personality (frequent interaction with different crews) Education & Certification Requirements • High School Diploma or GED required Schedule • 21 days on / 7 days off rotation • On-call 24/7 during on-rotation o Calls may come at any time (midnight, early morning, etc.) Work Environment • Well sites and rigs • Variable job types (long-duration operations vs short deliveries) Training • Client provides all equipment training • NEST training (local if available) and MVT in Kellyville, OK Interview Process • On-site interviews
