Job Overview Program Director or Program Manager for the Wound Care Program responsible for the strategic growth and day‑to‑day oversight of the Wound Care Center within assigned area of responsibility. Manage operations, staff, finance, quality improvement, community education, and client relationships to maximize program effectiveness and patient outcomes. Responsibilities Center Operations (20%) – Oversee outpatient clinic operations and wound continuum programs, assess clinic flows, implement best practices, manage resources, facilitate communication, prioritize tasks, and directive staff work. Financial Management (10%) – Coordinate revenue cycle, stay current on reimbursement changes, analyze financial reports, manage costs, present results to leadership. Community Education/Marketing (40%) – Partner with hospital and marketing teams to develop strategic marketing plans, expand patient referrals, maintain physician practice lists, conduct outreach and documentation, communicate referral development progress. Quality/Performance Improvement (10%) – Manage continuous improvement program, integrate with partner hospital’s program, report outcomes and satisfaction, ensure compliance, promote escalation of concerns. Relationships (15%) – Maintain hospital client relationships, align program with hospital strategic goals, participate in meetings, develop staff/customer service, meet with leadership, perform additional duties as directed. Required Education, Experience, and Credentials Candidate options: • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field with 1 year of marketing/community education or clinical operations experience (preferred). • Associate’s in the same fields with 2+ years of relevant experience. • High School Diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience. Management experience preferred. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Regulatory and accrediting requirements knowledge for healthcare organizations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication; group presentation skills. Analytical and quantitative skills. Customer service, follow‑up, organization, time‑management, and multitasking in fast‑paced environment. Leadership, teaching, team‑building, and motivational skills. Relationship building and influencing. Budget and strategic planning skills. Ability to travel overnight as required. Physical Demands Stationary position for 4+ hours. Extended computer screen viewing 4+ hours. Keying on computer for 4+ hours. Moving, reading, communicating, writing, lifting/moving up to 20 lbs, pushing/pulling, bending/stooping. Reaching/grasping with hands; traveling distances (car, airplane, etc.). Color perception. Work Environment Normal office environment; primarily indoors. Patient care environment. Exposure to hazards such as blood borne pathogens, toxic chemicals, flammable gases. Proximity to moving objects and mechanical equipment. Salary Range Provincial salary generally ranges from $97,800.00 to $128,600.00 annually, based on education, experience, geography, and operational needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
