Quality Control Inspector

This is a hands-on environment where collaboration, autonomy, and innovation are part of everyday work.We’re looking for a skilled Quality Control Inspector (PCB/PCBA) to support production on a second shift, working closely with engineers, managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge hardware.🔧 What You’ll Be DoingCarrying out quality control processes across incoming materials, manufacturing, and customer requirementsInspecting PCB/PCBA assemblies, EEE components, and cable assembliesUsing precision tools (calipers, height gauges, thread gauges, VMMs)Documenting inspections through digital systems and logsSupporting improvements in inspection methods, procedures, and quality systemsAssisting with non-conformance resolution (root cause, corrective actions, 8D)Contributing to audits, metrics reporting, and continuous improvement initiativesManaging non-conforming materials (MRB) and ensuring smooth day-to-day QC operations✅ What You’ll NeedHigh School Diploma (Associate degree in a technical field preferred)5+ years relevant experience, including 2+ years in PCB/PCBA inspectionExperience with AS9100 or ISO9001 quality systemsStrong microscopic inspection experienceIPC-A-610 / J-STD-001 certificationFamiliarity with ERP and PLM systemsAbility to read engineering drawings, CAD files, and technical instructionsStrong communication skills and attention to detailA collaborative, team-oriented mindset🚀 Nice to HaveBackground in aerospace or electronics manufacturing
