Join TCI as a Driver Manager!Salary: $70,000-$80,000 based on experience| Benefits, Paid Time Off, Family-Owned CompanyAs a Driver Manager, you’ll lead a designated fleet, ensuring drivers have the support, direction, and resources they need to deliver freight safely and on time. You’ll be the go-to point of contact for your team of drivers, navigating freight planning, compliance, customer communication, and real-time problem-solving.What You'll Be DoingOversee a fleet of drivers and ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries.Monitor and maximize productivity, mileage, and hours of service (HOS) within legal and operational parameters.Drive fleet efficiency by pre-planning loads and ensuring resource availability.Partner with customers and vendors to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve freight challenges.Ensure DOT compliance and enforce TCI’s safety and operational policies.Cultivate strong driver relationships by delivering consistent communication and support.What You BringMinimum 3 years in a transportation driver management or dispatch role.Proven leadership in fleet oversight, scheduling, and operational logistics.Knowledge of DOT and OSHA compliance standards.Sharp decision-making and analytical skills to optimize performance and resolve issues.Excellent communication—verbal, written, and interpersonal.A knack for balancing the needs of drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders.Flexibility to handle after-hours calls and occasional weekend/holiday duties.Why TCI?Competitive base pay: $70,000- $80,000 plus incentives!Incentive potential based on performanceSupportive team environment with real career growthStability of a company with 45+ years of successful operationsTravel reimbursementA values-driven culture where you matterSince 1978, TCI Transportation has been dedicated to serving our clients in the only way we know how – with integrity, passion, and ingenuity.
