In our agile, reliable, and innovative culture, you will put people first, work as part of a team, and act with integrity every day.Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $23.14 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWhat You'll Do: Provide customer service to all personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.Monitor access points, verify credentials, and support visitor entry procedures in accordance with location protocols common to an aerospace and defense environment.Report maintenance concerns, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations promptly while following post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.Minimum Requirements: A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.A guard card or license is preferred.Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us: Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.
