This is a high‑impact role for a marketer who loves partnering directly with sales leaders, building campaigns that move the needle, and using data to continuously improve results.You’ll act as a trusted advisor to regional sales teams, helping turn growth goals into smart, targeted marketing programs that drive pipeline and real business outcomes.Why This Role MattersAs a Marketing Business Partner, you’ll work hand‑in‑hand with sales leadership and account executives across the country, supporting go‑to‑market efforts with integrated campaigns, events, and demand‑generation programs. Your work directly influences revenue growth, brand presence, and customer engagement—making you a key contributor to FlexTG’s continued momentum.What You’ll DoPartner closely with regional sales leaders to understand growth objectives and design marketing plans that support revenue targetsDevelop, launch, and manage integrated B2B campaigns aligned to key segments, verticals, and target accountsLeverage marketing automation and CRM tools (Dynamics, ClickDimensions) to build workflows, email campaigns, landing pages, and dashboardsTrack, analyze, and report on campaign performance, applying insights to improve ROI and effectivenessSupport and manage regional events, digital marketing programs, and content needs in alignment with central marketingServe as a trusted marketing advisor and subject‑matter expert for your assigned business unitsEnsure consistent brand voice, messaging, and quality across all marketing materialsDrive creative thinking and fresh approaches to demand generation and customer engagementWork cross‑functionally with digital, creative, content, and central marketing teams to deliver resultsWhat You BringMinimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent4–6+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or technology servicesProven success building and executing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growthExtensive experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systemsStrong ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable improvementsCreative, proactive strategist with a solutions‑oriented mindsetExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approachSelf‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environmentHighly organized with strong attention to detailPreferred QualificationsAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Communications, or a related fieldExperience developing and optimizing end‑to‑end B2B go‑to‑market campaigns within a technology organizationWork Environment & ScheduleThis position is 100% onsite, working Monday–Friday at our Mesa Sales Office near Alma School and the 202 FreewayCollaborative, professional office environmentFast‑moving, results‑driven culture with strong cross‑functional partnershipsAdditional RequirementsEmployment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screeningWhy FlexTG?At FlexTG, you’ll work alongside sales and marketing leaders who value partnership, creativity, and results.
