We are trusted by leading financial institutions and process millions of onboarding decisions across KYC, KYB, AML, fraud, and monitoring.We are past figuring out product market fit.\ We are now scaling complex, AI powered, global products at speed.We are looking for a Head of Product who can:Turn a strong product core into a category defining platformOperate at founder level depthScale product thinking across teams, customers, and marketsObsess over clarity, velocity, and customer outcomesThis is not a PM manager role.\ This is a builder, leader, and product brain role.What you will own Product strategy and visionDefine and evolve AiPrise’s product vision across:KYB and KYC platformsRisk and rules enginesAI agents including website analysis, document intelligence, AML, and monitoringPlatform APIs and dashboardsMake hard tradeoffs on what we build, what we do not, and whenTranslate company goals into crisp product bets with clear success metrics Customer first executionBe deeply embedded with customers including CCOs, Heads of Risk, Compliance Ops, and Product leadersTurn real world compliance pain into shipped features quicklyOwn discovery, problem framing, PRDs, rollout, and iterationEnsure every feature answers: does this reduce friction while increasing trust AI native product leadershipLead product thinking for AI powered workflows and agentic systemsBalance automation, explainability, and regulatory expectationsBuild products that compliance teams trust, not just admireDecide where AI assists, where it decides, and where humans stay in the loop Product org and cultureBuild and scale a world class product team including PMs, designers, and analystsSet the bar for product quality, clarity, and velocityCreate strong rituals around discovery, reviews, launches, and retrosPartner tightly with Engineering, Sales, Compliance, and GTM Founder level partnershipAct as a thought partner to the founders on roadmap, positioning, and strategyJoin key customer calls, sales conversations, and enterprise dealsInfluence pricing, packaging, and platform strategyRepresent product credibly with customers, partners, and investorsWhat success looks like in 12 to 18 monthsCustomers clearly articulate why AiPrise wins versus alternativesProduct velocity increases without chaosAI driven features are trusted, adopted, and defensiblePMs and engineers ship with strong ownership and clarityRoadmaps are outcome driven, not feature drivenProduct becomes a primary reason deals are wonWho you areWe are looking for someone who is opinionated, sharp, and relentlessly customer driven.You Likely Have10 to 15 plus years in product, including senior leadership rolesExperience building and scaling complex B2B SaaS platformsStrong instincts for UX in messy, high stakes workflowsExperience shipping AI or ML powered products in productionComfort operating with ambiguity, speed, and high ownershipA strong bias toward action over decksYou AreAble to go from whiteboard to PRD to shipped featureComfortable saying no and explaining whyRespected by engineers because you understand systemsEnergized by hard problems and real world impactExcited to build in a fast moving, founder led environmentWhy AiPriseCategory defining problem in global trust and complianceReal scale with millions of checks and global coverageAI native from the ground upStrong revenue growth and enterprise tractionFounders who are deeply product and engineering drivenMassive whitespace ahead
