We’re currently searching for an experienced Program Manager to join our ranks and continue this tradition.
The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. As a natural leader, this person should have strong talent for project coordination and delegation. Ultimately, the Program Manager should be motivated by a desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success for key customer accounts/projects from inception to completion.
Objectives of this role
Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
Developing new customer programs such as installation criteria, material specifications, site requirements, etc. Oversee the management of long-term goals associated with programs and develop/measure success factors
Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and training collaborating closely with TSQ team
Implementing and managing complex changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved
Producing accurate and timely reporting of programs’ status throughout its life cycle and consolidated status reports by customers across markets and service lines
Working on growth strategies with the sales, marketing and operations team to ensure consistency across markets.
Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams
In partnership with Area Directors, develop and manage plan to drive revenue for key customer accounts and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
In this role you will create and track best practices, organize departments workflows and monitor progress, deliver reports, and ensure compliance with all departments
You should have experience creating workflows (Visio), work breakdown structures, creating, editing and writing policies and procedures and be well-rounded with large telecommunications projects
Create and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of individuals and teams to ensure projects are meeting expectations and develop reporting to show KPI's
Identify and drive process improvement initiatives
Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the matrix management of project teams and Project Managers across multiple groups and ensuring the projects are completed according to mutually agreed upon timeline policies and procedures and project tracking Proven experience reading blueprints and schematics
Responsible for work load balancing among resources - across markets
Required skills and qualifications
Five or more years of experience in Project Management
Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
Experience in managing stakeholders
Working knowledge of digital marketing
Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in business or related field.
Proven stakeholder management skills.
Proven experience managing a team.
PMP Preferred • Strong working knowledge of CRM software
Experience in proposal writing • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
