County Engagement Manager

A company is looking for a County Engagement Manager - Tribal Liaison in Northern MN. Key Responsibilities Represent the organization at coalition and tribal nation meetings, health fairs, and community events Identify and cultivate partnerships to enhance outreach and strengthen relationships with tribal nations Develop and facilitate meetings, workshops, and special events for member consultations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years' experience in tribal nation relations, public health, or community outreach 2+ years of experience in relationship management with providers or community health organizations Solid understanding of healthcare and managed care systems Ability to travel throughout the service area and access a reliable vehicle
