Windows CNO Developer TS/SCI Clearance 230K-315K Key ResponsibilitiesResearch, design, and develop CNO tools and capabilities targeting Windows platformsPerform reverse engineering of binaries to analyze vulnerabilities and system behaviorDevelop and maintain kernel and user-mode code in C, C++, and assemblyIntegrate custom tools into operational frameworksSupport deployment, testing, and documentation of cyber capabilitiesCollaborate with analysts, engineers, and operators to meet mission requirements Required QualificationsActive TS/SCI clearanceMinimum 5 years of experience in software development or reverse engineeringProficiency in C/C++, Python, and x86/x64 AssemblyIn-depth understanding of Windows internals, including kernel mode developmentExperience with reverse engineering tools such as IDA Pro, Ghidra, WinDbg, or similarFamiliarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/S, DNS)Experience with Git or other version control systems
