Job Description Tow Truck Driver Plush Tow & Transport is hiring a reliable Tow Truck Driver to provide towing and roadside assistance services in a fast-paced, on-call environment. We’re looking for someone who is safe, professional, dependable, and comfortable working nights, weekends, holidays, and in changing weather conditions.ResponsibilitiesRespond to dispatch calls for towing and roadside service Safely load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles Perform basic roadside services such as jump starts, tire changes, and lockouts Complete pre-trip and post-trip truck inspections Update job information and notes in Towbook Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch Keep truck, tools, and equipment clean and ready for service Follow company safety procedures and towing policies RequirementsValid driver’s license with acceptable driving record Basic mechanical or automotive knowledge Ability to work on-call, including nights, weekends, and some holidays Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work outdoors and in roadside conditions Towing or roadside experience preferred CDL preferred, but not required CompensationCommission-based and/or per-job pay based on experience and company policy Benefits available for qualifying employees after probationary period Why Join UsFast-paced work environment Opportunity to grow with an expanding towing company Important role helping customers in stressful situations
