This is a full-time role that blends medical practice with compassionate advocacy, ideal for providers who want to focus on long-term relationships, preventive care, and improved quality of life without the pressure of productivity quotas or fee-for-service billing.You ll work alongside an interdisciplinary team (IDT) of nurses, therapists, social workers, and specialists to co-manage care plans that emphasize dignity, independence, and continuity across settings.
